About the position

Requirements

  • A basic understanding of not-for-profit and community health care.
  • Proven experience in creating engaging content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social media platforms, with a portfolio that highlights creativity and effectiveness.
  • Well-versed in the latest trends, features, and best practices for content creation on TikTok and Instagram.
  • Skilled in storytelling, copywriting, and video editing, demonstrating a keen eye for detail.
  • Experienced in writing blogs and internal communications for various divisions within an organization.
  • Adheres to brand standards, accurately representing organizational vision and brand strategy while understanding and engaging a diverse audience.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage projects independently from start to finish.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
