Responsibilities
- Collaborate with segment marketing leads to define campaign objectives and establish baseline briefs.
- Partner with internal teams to refine campaign needs and finalize briefing requirements.
- Assist with the development of strategic briefs for multiple products and lines of business, targeting various audiences.
- Ensure all projects are aligned with established strategy and keep team members informed.
- Manage timelines and maintain awareness of all program details to track deliverables.
- Understand emerging business trends and competitive threats to inform strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or two or more years of work experience.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Experience translating market knowledge and strategy into compelling stories and tools for the sales team.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Master's degree, preferably an MBA.
- B2B Marketing experience.
- Experience in developing promotional campaigns.
- Digital marketing experience and understanding of trends.
- Ability to present findings and insights to executive-level audiences.
