The position is responsible for the creative strategy, design development, and final asset delivery for direct-to-customer communications. This role will interface and collaborate with the Client Consumer Business Unit team to align on business strategies that drive specific line-of-business KPIs, and messaging/creative consistency across multiple customer touch points and tactics. The candidate will be responsible for building creative with an external agency that is thoughtfully integrated with other channels, and aligns to overall direct response best practices. This candidate will lead and execute the 360-process for all channel-specific campaign elements - email, direct mail, mobile push notifications, and EMS/RCS - that are on time, within budget, and align to the approved strategy.
