About the position
We are seeking a talented and versatile Marketing Consultant to join our team on a 12-month contract. This role will primarily focus on designing sales enablement materials, including presentations, brochures, and promotional emails, while also supporting larger campaign materials. The designer will collaborate closely with the campaigns team and writer to create visually compelling materials that align with our enterprise marketing strategy for connectivity solutions.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging and polished design assets for sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, product sheets, case studies, and promotional emails.
- Design effective email campaigns that capture attention and drive engagement, including email templates and promotional emails.
- Support the creation of campaign assets such as banner ads, social media visuals, infographics, and landing pages.
- Maintain a consistent design language and ensure adherence to brand guidelines across various channels and mediums.
- Collaborate with the campaigns team and marketing writer to translate messaging into compelling visuals.
- Design for various formats and platforms, ensuring all designs are optimized for their intended use.
- Receive and implement feedback quickly while balancing multiple projects at different stages of the design process.
- Ensure all design work is delivered in production-ready formats with proper specifications.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant design experience, preferably in B2B and enterprise marketing.
- Proven ability to design sales materials that aid in the conversion process for B2B enterprise customers.
- Strong experience in designing high-impact emails with knowledge of best practices for layout and responsive design.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with email design for Pardot is a plus.
- Experience creating digital assets for multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Ability to take marketing ideas and concepts and turn them into innovative, visually appealing designs.
- High level of attention to detail, ensuring pixel-perfect designs that adhere to brand guidelines.
- Strong team player who can manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in designing for enterprise technology or connectivity solutions companies.
