About the position

The Marketing Content Coordinator will manage and execute various marketing and content strategies aimed at enhancing engagement and growth across multiple platforms, including social media and email marketing. This role involves collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand communication and effective marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Repurpose long-form content into short-form assets for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Create diverse content formats including text posts, infographics, videos, and eBooks based on platform-specific suitability.
  • Manage daily social media tasks such as posting and engaging with the community on LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Analyze performance metrics weekly and monthly to improve engagement rates and follower growth.
  • Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms, optimizing ad performance through A/B testing and audience segmentation.
  • Maintain a centralized email marketing calendar, coordinating partner promotions and campaign deadlines.
  • Draft and design email content, ensuring brand consistency and optimizing for open and click-through rates.
  • Develop and manage checklists and timelines for trade show deliverables, coordinating with team members for logistics and materials.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics across social media, email campaigns, and events, generating reports for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, email marketing, event coordination, and paid social media ads.
  • Proven experience managing social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and experience with campaign automation, segmentation, and A/B testing.
  • Basic experience with paid social media advertising including campaign creation and budget management.
  • Experience coordinating events or trade shows, managing timelines and logistics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in content management tools and design software like Canva.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
  • Working knowledge of SEO and keyword optimization for content creation.
