About the position

Inspired Marketing & Design is looking for a creative and driven Marketing Content Creator to support digital marketing initiatives for a growing portfolio of businesses in the window coverings industry. This role focuses on producing engaging content, including social media posts and videos, to highlight high-quality window treatments such as shutters, shades, and blinds. The ideal candidate will have proven skills in content creation, video production, and social media management, with a preference for those familiar with the home improvement sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop and post engaging content for social media platforms, maintaining brand consistency and fostering audience engagement.
• Produce high-quality videos, including product demonstrations, customer testimonials, facility tours, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Conduct weekly visits to a Phoenix-based manufacturing facility to capture updates and create content.
• Visit customer locations as needed to record testimonials and document customer experiences.
• Provide regular updates on marketing activities and remain responsive to client feedback.
• Experience with creating and managing ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) is a plus.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management and video production.
• Proficiency with video editing software and social media tools such as Canva, Capcut, and Adobe.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Reliable transportation to travel to factory and client locations.
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to translate ideas into compelling content.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with the window coverings or home improvement industries.
• Experience with Meta ad management and creation.
