Adtalem Global Education is seeking a Marketing Content Director to lead the creative strategy, content creation, and advertising development for Walden University, as well as B2B marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal within the Creative and Content Center of Excellence (COE), where the Director will build and guide a team of marketing professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality creative and content across various paid and owned channels. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of what constitutes an effective creative brief and will be adept at collaborating with both agency partners and in-house creative teams to meet brand and performance objectives. In this hybrid role, the Director will be required to work in the Chicago office three days a week, while the remaining days can be spent working from home. The successful candidate will immerse themselves in target profiles, brand ideas, and campaign details to drive creative strategy. They will implement data-driven reporting for optimization and agile testing plans, ensuring that all creative outputs are aligned with brand goals and performance metrics. The Director will also oversee the strategy and development of B2B partner activations and materials, manage agency relationships, and establish efficient processes for workflow and project management within the COE. This position requires a strong leader who can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while fostering collaboration across various teams, including institutional marketing, product, finance, and compliance. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with stakeholders at all levels are essential for success in this role.
