Join J.P. Morgan Private Bank's Marketing team and shape the content strategy for our Latin America business. This role offers the chance to deepen client relationships and attract new prospects through innovative content and digital communication strategies. As a Content Marketing Manager within the Private Bank, you will define and manage the content and communication strategy for the business in Latin America. Your work will enhance client relationships, attract new prospects, and improve client experiences through various digital channels and content formats, collaborating with key stakeholders and Centers of Excellence to deliver impactful content programs and campaigns. In this position, you will develop and execute a content marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives—elevating our brand presence and product offerings among existing clients and prospects with measurable results. You will manage and deliver digital campaigns and content programs, including market commentaries, across various formats (e-mail, web articles, videos, social media posts) and digital channels (e-mail, web, social media, paid media, messaging apps…) in partnership with colleagues from different Centers of Excellence. Additionally, you will develop a content framework to support the acquisition of prospects via digital media campaigns, exploring audience segmentation and testing opportunities. You will implement innovative strategic marketing programs and initiatives to increase investment product penetration with new and existing clients. Partnering with Business Intelligence and Digital teams, you will analyze engagement metrics, commercial results, and ROI to improve content strategy and audience segmentation. Your role will also involve curating, writing, and editing content products and communications, as well as managing the content marketing budget and resources to ensure efficient budget allocation.
