About the position

The Marketing Content Manager at Comfort Heroes is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy aimed at enhancing brand awareness and driving customer conversions. This role involves hands-on content creation, management of marketing campaigns, and collaboration with creative agencies and marketing leadership to ensure effective communication across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a content strategy that produces brand awareness and customer conversions.
• Create, monitor, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns to reach defined KPIs.
• Write and edit content for various platforms including ad copy, emails, blogs, and scripts for radio and TV.
• Oversee the production and execution of all content across the organization.
• Manage social media ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Own and maintain the Comfort Heroes blog, creating content that drives brand awareness and increases web traffic.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Coordinate and brainstorm with the team to improve marketing results.
• Evaluate metrics that affect website traffic and campaign performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Required)
• 1 year of direct content experience (Required)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• High computer literacy, including proficiency in email, MS Office, and related business tools
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
