  • Define and maintain a consistent tone of voice that reflects Happy Returns' ethos.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
  • Partner with the marketing team to create content for product launches, campaigns, events, and partnerships.
  • Develop thought leadership pieces that position Happy Returns as an industry leader.
  • Monitor content performance metrics to understand audience engagement and optimize future content strategies.
  • Work closely with product marketing, customer success, and sales teams to align content with business objectives.
  • Build relationships with external partners and influencers to amplify content reach.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years in content marketing, copywriting, or a related role, preferably in B2B or tech environments.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
  • Proficiency in SEO, social media trends, and content management systems.
  • Experience creating multimedia content (e.g., video scripts, webinars, podcasts) is a plus.
  • Creative thinker who can balance big-picture strategy with attention to detail.
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
