About the position

The Marketing Content Manager at Xerox is responsible for driving the creative project life cycle from development to final asset delivery. This role involves shaping and delivering the content strategy, driving brand growth, and developing high-quality content that resonates with diverse audiences. The ideal candidate will engage with a global team to meet business objectives and enhance engagement through effective content creation and management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from stakeholder engagements to agency briefing, execution, and launch.
  • Engage and manage workflow between internal creatives and external agencies to create clear, client-centric, visually engaging content.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective change communication.
  • Produce a variety of global content, including product launch materials, case studies, website copy, blogs, and sales enablement materials.
  • Understand which content performs best on which platforms, by audience, and why.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to distill key information into compelling service messaging and brand positioning.
  • Craft compelling client case studies that highlight success stories.
  • Create fresh, SEO-optimized content that attracts new visitors and engages existing audiences.
  • Conduct thorough content audits and gap analyses to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze user feedback and metrics to optimize content.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies, enhancing engagement and conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
  • 5-10 years in B2B content/product marketing or copywriting
  • Portfolio showcasing high-quality content
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Ability to simplify complex information
  • Proficient in content management and analytics tools
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative, with an understanding of the creative process
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
