The Marketing Content Manager will play a crucial role in empowering the Sales team with effective marketing resources and collateral. This position focuses on creating innovative strategies to attract and onboard new customers while enhancing their experience with app promotion campaigns. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Sales and Growth marketers to drive demand and improve overall marketing effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Create, deliver, and refine marketing collateral for the Sales team
  • Think big on how to reach, inform, and delight customers
  • Own the entire strategy, including content topics and creative
  • Infuse simplicity and excitement into the work produced
  • Collaborate with Sales to launch new demand generation methods
  • Create a pipeline of high-potential prospects for Sales to prioritize
  • Build a plan to support Sales in converting prospects into customers
  • Leverage marketing channels to create connection points for Sales
  • Become the Sales team's go-to champion and marketing expert
  • Gather and share insights that shape overall decision-making
  • Provide recommendations for increased efficiency and effectiveness
  • Cultivate relationships to build transparency and trust

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a marketing organization or creative agency
  • Hands-on development and creation of marketing communications and customer programs
  • Self-starter with the ability to utilize available resources effectively
  • Passion for creating delightful and valuable customer experiences
  • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with leveraging data and insights for decision making
