Responsibilities

• Develop and publish marketing content to elevate the ColorMasters brand.
• Collaborate with the Technical Sales Team to attract and onboard new customers.
• Work with HR to publish employee recognitions and announcements to boost morale.
• Implement social media strategies and maintain the company's online presence.
• Create and edit digital and physical marketing materials, including videos and photography.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A 4-year college degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Packaging, or Food Science is preferred but not required.
• Proven experience in developing marketing content and implementing social media strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Microsoft Office.
• Attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management skills.
• Flexibility to work extended hours if needed.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10%.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in consumer products, polymers, blown film, printing, and converting in flexible packaging.
