About the position

The Marketing Content Manager at Wintrust Mortgage is responsible for managing non-product specific marketing strategies aimed at promoting growth within the organization. This role involves overseeing various marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, digital advertising, and print media, while collaborating with different departments to ensure effective execution and compliance. The position requires a strategic approach to content creation and project management, with a focus on analyzing market data and adapting strategies accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Manage non-product specific marketing strategies to promote growth within the organization.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to report findings and recommendations.
• Work with subject matter experts to gather information for advertising strategy and project briefs.
• Develop strategies for new product or service launches within the company.
• Create briefs to direct the creative team for timely and accurate execution of marketing content.
• Monitor and track content usage and feedback to make necessary adjustments.
• Provide updates on projects and product releases to the marketing team and conduct training sessions on new initiatives.
• Manage projects using Trello and Workfront to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure compliance in marketing materials and facilitate a smooth approval process with the compliance team.
• Collaborate with the holding company marketing team to assess sponsorship opportunities and obtain website data analytics.
• Review and update content in the marketing platform to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of previous experience in marketing or related field.
• Ability to apply comprehensive concepts within the field and resolve non-routine problems with specialized knowledge.
