About the position

The Content Manager for Captive Resources' Health Solutions (HS) will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business objectives. This role involves creating compelling multimedia content across digital and print platforms, ensuring quality, creativity, and brand consistency. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance marketing initiatives and drive engagement, ultimately increasing awareness and lead generation for medical stop loss captives and related healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HS content strategy that aligns with business objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Create and manage HS editorial calendar to deliver timely content across various digital platforms.
  • Lead HS content creation efforts, including writing, editing, and publishing original content such as blog posts, articles, brochures, infographics, videos, newsletters, and case studies.
  • Develop compelling presentations to educate and inform consultants, brokers, and prospects.
  • Uphold brand consistency and increase brand/product awareness.
  • Collaborate with other departments to refine the brand story and plan content that aligns with HS marketing strategy.
  • Monitor content performance and report on content analysis, metrics, and KPIs.
  • Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to enhance content marketing initiatives by staying updated with industry best practices and trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience as a content manager, content strategist, or similar role.
  • Knowledge of and experience writing for the healthcare insurance industry and/or medical stop loss insurance.
  • Experience creating content for B2B digital and email marketing campaigns and growing a social media audience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; copywriting, editing, and proofreading original content.
  • Working knowledge of graphic design/content development software including Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and Canva.
  • Basic working knowledge of project management and marketing automation tools e.g., HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic knowledge of HTML.
  • Demonstrated ability to create high-quality, engaging, SEO-friendly content across digital and print platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with video editing and animation software (e.g., Premier Pro) is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Ceros platform is a plus.
  • Skilled in developing compelling and creative presentations using presentation software, including PowerPoint.
