The Marketing Content Manager at Priority Toyota Springfield is a pivotal role responsible for the development and execution of comprehensive content marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing Lithia's brand awareness. This position is designed to drive traffic, engagement, and leads that ultimately contribute to sales and customer retention. The ideal candidate will possess a brand publisher mindset, focusing on creating content that resonates with the target audience while optimizing the conversion path. In this role, the Marketing Content Manager will collaborate across various functions and silos to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan that aligns with business objectives, all while maintaining cost efficiency. The responsibilities include establishing editorial requirements such as content categorization, development, distribution, and measurement. The candidate will also be tasked with developing editorial governance to ensure that all content is consistent with Lithia's external and internal brand voice, style, and tone. Additionally, the Marketing Content Manager will work closely with teams and customers to develop project scope documents and project plans that encompass an analysis of benefits, costs, and work schedules. The role also involves managing the Automotive Manufacturer and Company calendar, along with organizational communication workflows, to ensure seamless operations and effective content delivery.

Requirements
