About the position

As AMT's Marketing Content Strategy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision and direction of our Marketing Content Strategy Team. Your leadership will be essential in developing strategies that enhance our website traffic, boost email engagement, and ultimately drive lead and revenue generation. Collaborating closely with our Marketing Technology (MarTech) Operations Supervisor, you will execute comprehensive marketing plans through integrated marketing campaigns, all aimed at elevating AMT's brand awareness. You will also work alongside our Marketing Content Specialist, partnering on the creation of compelling content and collateral that resonates with our target audience. In this role, you will be responsible for effective collaboration with the Marketing Department and AMT Leadership to conceptualize and implement innovative marketing content strategies. This will involve leading cross-functional project teams, ensuring that all initiatives are delivered on time and within budget. You will also partner with our Strategic Partnerships team to innovate our lead generation approach, acting as a brand ambassador to monitor the implementation of brand guidelines, including the development of our Style Guide. Your strategic insight and marketing acumen will be crucial in driving the success of our marketing initiatives and enhancing our market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Effective collaboration with Marketing Department and AMT Leadership to conceptualize and implement marketing content strategies through targeted integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring deadline and budget management.
  • Partner with our Strategic Partnerships team to innovate our lead generation approach.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, monitoring brand guideline implementation including Style Guide Development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, MBA a plus (Business, Communications, or Marketing Related Fields).
  • 5+ years of Strategic Marketing Planning experience, including creating marketing strategies, integrated campaigns, advertising, and other activities to drive lead generation and revenue.
  • Successful experience in marketing and selling products/services.
  • Experience collaborating with other Marketing Management to execute Marketing Initiatives.
  • 3+ years of healthcare marketing experience, preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, project management, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient use of MS Office (including SharePoint and Teams) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • CRM and web-based CMS experience a plus.
  • Previous people management experience.
