About the position

The Marketing Content Writer at RD Global will be responsible for creating engaging and high-quality content across various marketing channels, including web, social media, email, and print. This role aims to enhance the visibility of the RD Global and Agenzee brands by producing SEO-optimized content that aligns with the company's mission and values. The writer will collaborate with graphic designers and execute social media campaigns while ensuring all content is consistent in style and tone.

Responsibilities

  • Research and write SEO-optimized content for websites, blogs, emails, social media, white papers, articles, landing pages, press releases, sales collateral, infographics, and podcasts.
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and readable to elevate website placement in search engine results.
  • Meet SEO traffic goals month over month by creating content that ranks or generates passive backlinks.
  • Produce informative and effective emails, including announcements, digests, and newsletters.
  • Create electronic and print literature and other booth materials for conferences.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, including writing, creating, and posting engaging content for Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Work closely with graphic designers to generate new imagery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum three years of marketing copywriting experience with a focus on Insurance or B2B SaaS solutions.
  • Ability to create compelling, engaging content.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and keyword research tools.
  • Demonstrable writing skills for a variety of content types, including blog posts, social media posts, web pages, white papers, infographics, email content, video scripts, press releases, landing pages, sales collateral, and podcasts.
  • Excellence in proofreading content for spelling, grammar, and punctuation, as well as consistency of brand-aligned language and style.
  • Understanding of content performance metrics and how to evaluate content quality.
  • Experience using marketing automation tools, like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Figma is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.

  • Experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with Figma for design collaboration.
