About the position

Apex Systems, in partnership with its parent company On Assignment, is the second largest IT staffing agency in the United States. We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator for a client located in the Morristown, NJ area. This position is a year-long W2 rolling contract with the potential to transition into a permanent role. The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team by managing logistics for events, tracking supplies, and creating marketing materials. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, ensuring that all project deliverables are met in a timely manner. The role requires collaboration with the SBS leadership team to coordinate various marketing initiatives and utilize tools like Canva to create social media assets. This position is based in Florham Park, NJ, and requires in-office attendance three days a week.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in shipping items to events and tracking them.
• Manage returns and ensure they are logged appropriately.
• Prepare welcome kits for new franchisees.
• Keep track of the supply closet and monitor inventory levels.
• Coordinate with the SBS leadership team for organizational tasks.
• Utilize Canva to create social media assets.
