About the position

Responsibilities

  • Research market trends, customer behavior, and the competitor landscape; analyze and summarize data to prepare reports.
  • Support the marketing director in establishing and evaluating marketing strategy by assembling sales forecasts, setting objectives, organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars.
  • Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the sales team; provide instructions for usage and promotion.
  • Plan meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules, assigning tasks, and coordinating mailing lists.
  • Maintain an inventory of sales support materials, ensuring they are all current and accurate; coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary.
  • Continually seek new sources of prospective customer data; provide sales and marketing leadership recommendations.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing strategies, including content marketing and social media marketing.
  • Experience using data analytics software for research purposes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong presentation abilities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising or communications is preferred.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) as well as customer relationship management (CRM) tools is advantageous.
  • Working knowledge of HTML along with design software for email campaigns is beneficial.
  • Experience in budgeting processes as well as forecasting is desirable.
