About the position

The Marketing Coordinator - Affiliate Focus role at Buffbunny Collection is designed for an organized and detail-oriented individual to support the Sales Team in managing influencer marketing initiatives. This position involves overseeing influencer logistics, maintaining inventory, and tracking influencer content, all while adapting to the fast-paced environment of the activewear industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in lifestyle fashion trends and possess excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with various teams and influencers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day influencer logistics for the influencer marketing program.
• Manage influencer mailing lists and product inventory.
• Identify and reach out to influencers for collaboration.
• Track all influencer-generated content and ensure campaign timelines are met.
• Support the execution of global email programs and manage communication with partners.
• Liaise between HQ Warehouse and external teams to define project requirements and timelines.
• Analyze historical data to forecast inventory needs for influencer programs.
• Assist with planning and hosting influencer events, including setup and gift bags.
• Conduct market research and report on the effectiveness of influencer marketing campaigns.
• Maintain and update the influencer email database.

Requirements

• 1+ years of influencer marketing, talent relations, and/or PR experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in all social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
