The Marketing Coordinator/Assistant Studio Manager at HOTWORX Ephrata is a full-time role focused on driving lead generation and community engagement to enhance membership growth and brand awareness. The position requires a dynamic individual with a passion for fitness, excellent interpersonal skills, and experience in grassroots and business-to-business marketing. The role involves collaborating with community partners, executing events, and implementing creative marketing strategies to attract potential members while also assisting with studio operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses to create partnerships.
  • Organize and manage on-site and off-site events to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
  • Build partnerships with local employers for discounted HOTWORX memberships as employee benefits.
  • Oversee relationships with third-party marketing vendors and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
  • Plan and coordinate events that foster community engagement and lead generation.
  • Utilize guerilla marketing tactics to increase brand awareness and promote the HOTWORX experience.
  • Track, report, and analyze lead generation efforts to optimize member acquisition campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the studio team to drive membership sales and coordinate marketing and sales activities.
  • Monitor and assess marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommending improvements.
  • Assist with studio operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and facility cleanliness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, community engagement, or a similar role.
  • Strong networking, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, think creatively, and prioritize effectively.
  • Passion for fitness and commitment to promoting health and wellness.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
