Responsibilities

  • Assist with layout of company proposals, including typing and minor proofreading/editing.
  • Perform database maintenance, coordination of company mailings, and some graphics support.
  • Assist office administrative staff with miscellaneous tasks.

Requirements

  • 0-3 years of administrative support and/or marketing experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Knowledge of basic marketing concepts.
  • Ability to multi-task and exercise good judgment.
  • Detail-oriented and professional.

Nice-to-haves

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Communications, Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred.
  • Conference and event planning experience preferred.
