The role involves visiting job sites and customers after project completion, delivering gifts to express gratitude for their business, and addressing any customer concerns by relaying them to the office. You will also explain the details of the customer referral rewards program and discuss potential projects that customers may be considering. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting the workmanship through before, during, and after photos, assisting customers with posting online reviews on social media, and distributing flyers to nearby neighbors to generate interest in our services. Responsibilities

  • Visit job sites and customers upon completion of projects.
