The compensation package includes a guaranteed base salary, along with various incentives and bonuses that are paid promptly upon achieving your targets. Your responsibilities will include visiting job sites and customers, delivering gifts to express gratitude for their business, addressing customer concerns, and explaining our referral rewards program. You will also discuss potential projects with customers, document the quality of workmanship through photos, assist customers in posting online reviews, and distribute flyers to generate interest in our services. This role may require some evening and occasional Saturday work to ensure a first-class customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Visit job sites and customers upon completion of projects
  • Deliver gifts to customers to thank them for their business
  • Field customer concerns and relay them to the office
  • Explain the details of the customer referral rewards program
  • Discuss potential projects that customers may be considering
  • Take before, during, and after photos of workmanship
  • Assist customers with posting online reviews on social media
  • Distribute flyers to nearby neighbors to generate new interest.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales, marketing, or customer service
  • Outgoing, extroverted personality type - confident and energetic
  • Polished and professional image
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong employment references
  • Basic computer skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Decent driving history
  • Clean criminal background
