About the position

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Sales and Marketing department within a casino environment. This role involves tracking expenditures related to marketing promotions and events, ensuring high standards of guest service, and maintaining accurate records and reports. The coordinator will also manage website content and assist with the administration of the Players Club and other marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Track weekly expenditures for entertainment, tournaments, drawings, and special events.
• Complete assigned duties, paperwork, and reports accurately.
• Support the administrative functions of the Sales and Marketing department.
• Complete annual Anti-Money Laundering/Title 31 training.
• Coordinate with the Marketing Management Team to ensure high standards of guest service for marketing promotions or events.
• Maintain working knowledge of OASIS for customer inquiries and marketing reports.
• Update and maintain all website information.
• Ensure high standards of guest service by being aware of promotions, events, and Players Club membership benefits.
• Update self-excluded and/or excluded patrons within the Casino Management Systems.
• Provide feedback to the Executive Host regarding VIP players' status and concerns.
• Authorize and issue complementary services to patrons as per the Complimentary Matrix.
• Upload and manage photo galleries for contest winners and communicate with the digital agency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of one to three years' experience in Marketing or a four-year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Ability to receive and maintain all required certifications.
• Completion of all required company training.
