About the position

The Peninsula Jewish Community Center (PJCC) has been a cornerstone of San Mateo County for over 75 years, serving a diverse community of over 37,000 residents. Our mission is to inspire community, connection, and joy through a wide range of programs that reflect Jewish values and traditions. The Marketing Coordinator for Community Programs will play a pivotal role in promoting our membership, fundraising, Jewish life, arts and culture, and adult programming initiatives. This position is ideal for a creative individual who is passionate about storytelling and strategic marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that highlight our community programs, from membership acquisition to cultural events. You will implement innovative lead generation strategies to attract new participants and keep them engaged with our offerings. Content creation is a key aspect of this position, as you will craft compelling narratives across various platforms, including blog posts, email blasts, and social media updates. Collaboration with program directors and team members is essential to ensure that all marketing efforts align with the goals and values of each program area. Additionally, you will track and analyze the performance of your campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
