About the position

The Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in implementing key marketing initiatives that support both domestic and international sales efforts. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing departments, the Senninger Executive Assistant, and external vendors. The coordinator is responsible for organizing participation in trade shows and customer meetings, whether they are on-site or virtual. This includes coordinating logistics, managing support materials, and ensuring that promotional products and literature are readily available for events. In this role, the Marketing Coordinator will handle a variety of essential tasks. These include coordinating logistics for trade shows, which encompasses reserving booth space, ordering necessary show services, and facilitating hotel accommodations for personnel involved in the booth. Additionally, the coordinator will manage logistics for sales and customer meetings, which may be in-person, virtual, or hybrid. This involves event planning, room setup, registration, AV equipment testing, and coordinating travel and hotel accommodations for guests. The coordinator will also be responsible for selecting and ordering promotional items from vendors to support sales and customer events. Building and maintaining relationships with these vendors is essential to ensure the availability of items and to monitor inventory levels for accuracy. Furthermore, the Marketing Coordinator will assist in the development, production, review, and maintenance of product literature, ensuring that all materials are available across various platforms to support sales efforts. Participation in regular department meetings is expected to stay aligned with departmental strategies and foster teamwork. The coordinator will also engage in professional development opportunities to remain current with technology and support future marketing needs.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates logistics and deliverables for domestic and international trade shows, including reserving booth space and ordering show services.
  • Facilitates hotel accommodations for booth personnel at trade shows.
  • Coordinates logistics for sales and customer meetings, including event planning and room setup.
  • Manages registration and AV equipment testing for meetings and events.
  • Selects and orders promotional items from vendors to support sales and customer events.
  • Maintains relationships with vendors to ensure item availability and monitors inventory levels.
  • Assists in the development and maintenance of product literature, ensuring availability on all platforms.
  • Participates in regular department meetings to align with departmental strategies and foster teamwork.
  • Engages in professional development opportunities to stay current with technology.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED certificate required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or equivalent role preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with team members and vendors.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing organizational needs.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally for trade shows and customer events, with a valid passport or ability to obtain one.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs is required.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs is preferred.
