About the position

The Marketing Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the marketing team by contributing to various initiatives related to entertainment products, including tabletop games and trading cards. This position requires creativity, organization, and enthusiasm to manage campaigns, social media, and promotional activities effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with product, design, and other cross-functional teams to develop and deliver campaigns and product announcements.
  • Help facilitate asset ideation, creation, and execution, including the approval process.
  • Manage social media and advertising calendars, and assets required to activate campaigns.
  • Support design and execution of regular outbound campaigns including email blasts, press releases, and product announcements.
  • Create fresh entertainment-related content to regularly update the company website.
  • Contribute editorial to the blog and assist with other editorial needs.
  • Assist with ideation and production of printed assets, including catalogs, box toppers, print ads, and presentations.
  • Track and maintain inventory of all marketing materials, including promotions.
  • Assist with managing influencer lists, influencer shipping, and results tracking.
  • Help research and source new influencers.
  • Assist with building and maintaining Volunteer Alliance and brand ambassadors.
  • Assist with events, including signage, digital assets, and content, social media, and contests.
  • Act as a marketing ambassador between Production, Brand, and Marketing teams.
  • Compile and report key marketing metrics and analytics.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of marketing experience.
  • Excellent organization and project management skills.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities and adhere to deadlines.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Solid research and analytical skills.
  • Creative, problem solver, detail-oriented.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite: Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Experience creating and/or editing videos is a plus.
  • Photoshop or Illustrator experience is a plus.
  • Solid knowledge in all relevant social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Experience with WordPress Blog publishing is a plus.
  • Ability to interface with internal and external parties at all levels.
  • Ability to perform duties under minimal supervision while exercising discretion and independent judgment.
  • Hands-on, energetic, and motivated self-starter.

Nice-to-haves

  • Tabletop gaming industry experience.
