About the position

The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance the sales pipeline for a national financial firm. This hybrid position requires a creative and analytical individual who can effectively communicate with clients and prospects, manage various marketing campaigns, and contribute to the overall growth of the firm.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with management team regularly regarding client outreach and communication avenues.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings from client outreach and maintain excellent customer service.
  • Attend and coordinate seminars, client events, and networking venues.
  • Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Respond to third-party marketing vendors and maintain inventory of marketing materials.
  • Write content for multichannel platforms, including social media posts, blogs, and newsletters.
  • Coordinate and schedule new segments and talking points.
  • Oversee and respond to incoming messages on social media and online appointment software.
  • Gather data and configure reports to support various data and analysis projects.
  • Assemble marketing assets, such as gifts and literature packets.

Requirements

  • 2 - 3+ years of experience in a marketing/sales role.
  • Strong ability to execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
  • High degree of creativity and strong work ethic.
  • Very strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • Experience with email marketing and social media management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks on schedule.

Nice-to-haves

  • Industry knowledge/experience preferred.
  • Ability to learn new software quickly.
