About the position

The Marketing and Sales Coordinator at Encompass IT is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of marketing and the sales process. This role is not a traditional sales job; there will be no cold calling or door-to-door sales involved. Instead, the focus will be on contributing to the development of Encompass IT as a brand. The coordinator will be responsible for developing marketing campaigns and ensuring that both the print and online presence of the company are current and effective. Additionally, the coordinator will assist in creating an effective sales process that guides potential clients from the initial prospecting stage through to onboarding. Key responsibilities include overseeing graphic arts, website development, and landing pages, as well as managing print and digital graphics. The coordinator will utilize CRM tools (specifically Apollo), engage in SEO and PPC strategies, and implement drip marketing campaigns. Social media management, networking events, seminars, webinars, and direct mail campaigns will also fall under the coordinator's purview. Following up on leads and sending informational packets will be essential tasks, along with meeting monthly sales and prospecting targets. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills, self-motivated, and always looking for innovative ways to enhance the Encompass brand. Organizational skills are crucial, as the coordinator will need to maintain detailed records of potential and existing clients.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of marketing and the sales process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing and/or Sales.
  • Valid Driver's License and insurance.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools, specifically Apollo.
  • Knowledge of SEO and PPC strategies.
  • Experience in managing social media campaigns.
