About the position

The Field Marketing Coordinator III at Aramark is responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans and programs for a specific account. This role supports critical business initiatives aimed at driving sales growth, enhancing market penetration, improving customer retention, and maintaining a quality image for the unit and Aramark as a whole.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies to provide managers with customized templates for consistent campus-wide signage.
  • Measure the results of marketing programs and gather customer feedback.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, customers, and internal Aramark teams to achieve goals.
  • Collaborate with various management levels within Aramark.
  • Influence complex decision-making processes related to marketing functions.
  • Achieve financial results through team efforts.
  • Manage campus dining social media platforms, focusing on brand storytelling and fan acquisition.
  • Develop and execute a year-long marketing plan and events calendar.
  • Utilize sales tactics to increase meal plan penetration in target markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Relevant field marketing experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Effective sales and presentation skills.
  • Desirable contract-managed service experience.
