About the position

The Marketing Coordinator at Fordham Lincoln Center will assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and programs for a single account. This role supports critical business initiatives such as sales growth, market penetration, customer retention, and improving the quality image and market share for Aramark.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the development of strategies to ensure managers have access to customized templates for consistent campus-wide signage.
  • Measure the results of marketing programs and gain customer feedback.
  • Interact and build strong relationships with clients, customers, and internal Aramark teams.
  • Work with various levels of management within Aramark.
  • Influence complex decision-making processes related to marketing functions.
  • Accountable for achieving financial results through team efforts.
  • Manage campus dining social media platforms, including brand storytelling and measuring success.
  • Develop and execute a year-long marketing plan and events calendar.
  • Utilize sales tactics and growth enablers to increase meal plan penetration in target markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Some relevant field marketing experience.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written).
  • Effective sales and presentation skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Contract-managed service experience.

Benefits

  • Compensation range of $25.00 - $30.00 per hour.
