About the position

The Marketing Coordinator at Glacier Hills Senior Living Community is responsible for supporting the marketing efforts of the organization, ensuring brand consistency, and enhancing the community's visibility through various marketing channels. This role involves coordinating promotional materials, managing social media content, and providing marketing support for events and internal communications. The position is integral to fostering a positive image of the community and engaging with prospective residents.

Responsibilities

  • Keeps promotional materials current by coordinating with the home office National Marketing Specialist, monitoring inventory levels, and placing restocking orders.
  • Develops online smart content to increase the organization's organic search engine optimization.
  • Coordinates the development and production of internal employee and resident communications as applicable.
  • Champions the brand identity across all developed materials.
  • Supports social media and digital marketing programs as directed by the THSC home office marketing department.
  • Ensures all marketing event collateral is available and produced in a timely manner before deadlines.
  • Coordinates all move-in activities across departments and informs necessary departments of any changes.
  • Works with prospective residents on carpet samples, paint colors, etc.
  • Coordinates with internal and external vendors through completion of updates/renovations.
  • Assists residents on move-in day by providing keys and relevant items.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a support role.
  • Experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
  • Knowledge of social networking experience and social analytics tools.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with graphic design software.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
