About the position

The Marketing Coordinator at Glacier Hills Senior Living Community plays a vital role in enhancing the community's marketing efforts. This position involves coordinating promotional materials, developing online content for search engine optimization, and supporting social media initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator ensures brand consistency across all marketing materials and collaborates with various departments to facilitate smooth move-in processes for residents. This role is essential for maintaining effective communication of programs, services, and events within the community.

Responsibilities

  • Keeps promotional materials current by coordinating with the home office National Marketing Specialist.
  • Develop online smart content to increase the organization's organic search engine optimization.
  • Coordinates the development and production of internal employee and resident communications.
  • Champions the brand identity across all developed materials.
  • Supports social media and digital aspects of marketing programs as directed by the THSC home office marketing department.
  • Ensures all marketing event collateral is available as needed and produced in a timely manner.
  • Coordinates all move-in activities across departments (Maintenance, Housekeeping, Security, Dining Services).
  • Informs all necessary departments of any changes that may occur (example dates, times, etc.).
  • Works with prospective residents on carpet samples, paint colors, etc.
  • Coordinates with appropriate internal and external vendors through completion of updates/renovations.
  • Works with the resident on move-in day to provide them with keys, mailbox keys, cards, and any other relevant items.

Requirements

  • Must possess a Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or other support role.
  • Experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist is desirable.
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and knowledge of social analytics tools.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in digital media marketing.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools.
