The Marketing Coordinator at Knight Office Solutions is a creative and organized individual responsible for enhancing the company's brand through various marketing initiatives. This role involves crafting compelling content, designing visuals, managing social media, and supporting sales efforts. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with the sales team, oversee social media accounts, and analyze marketing metrics to drive campaign success.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update sales materials, and create new ones as needed.
  • Work with the sales team to develop and execute email campaigns, sales events, and social media promotions.
  • Write and edit copy for emails, social media, blogs, websites, and press releases.
  • Create social graphics and other visual elements using professional design tools.
  • Oversee social media accounts, create and schedule content, and engage with followers.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track campaign success and identify improvement areas.
  • Assist with organizing and executing webinars, events, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Develop presentations and write blog posts as needed.
  • Manage and utilize the Co-Op Account program.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and similar design tools.
  • Experience with social media management tools like Sprout Social, HootSuite, etc.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Skilled in creating digital assets such as photos and videos.
