About the position

The Marketing Coordinator & Graphic Designer at H&H Science is responsible for supporting the marketing team in planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns. This role combines marketing strategy development with graphic design tasks, ensuring effective communication and promotion of the company's medical-grade skin care and beauty solutions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns.
• Assist in the development of marketing strategies targeting core customers through direct mail, email, social media, special events, and local sponsorships.
• Produce graphic design, layout, and preparation for print files.
• Maintain and update the company website and social networking sites.
• Prepare costing decks for new product development.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate and cross-compare quotes, and follow up on orders and invoices.
• Manage project timelines and coordinate wholesale sales opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and evaluate data on key metrics for social media campaigns.
• Assist with buying tasks and building vendor relationships.
• Coordinate with outside vendors for photography and video projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Graphic Design and/or marketing.
• Experience managing customer relationships and product costing decks.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, inventory, and fulfillment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Knowledge of Shopify, Google, and Amazon is a plus.
