About the position

The Marketing Coordinator at Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort is responsible for proposing and implementing marketing strategies aimed at promoting revenue growth and enhancing guest service. This role involves maintaining the hotel's online presence, leveraging social media, and collaborating with Revenue Management to optimize marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Propose and implement hotel-specific marketing strategies, including website maintenance and corporate brand marketing.
  • Leverage social media to enhance hotel visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor marketing trends, tools, and applications relevant to the hotel industry and target markets.
  • Measure and report the impact of marketing strategies on revenue and guest engagement.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Management to maximize the effectiveness of key marketing strategies, including third-party websites.
  • Generate and deliver monthly marketing analyses and updates to Sales and Revenue Management.

Requirements

  • Hotel marketing experience is required.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and tools specific to the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to analyze marketing trends and report on their effectiveness.
