About the position

The Marketing Coordinator at Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort is responsible for proposing and implementing marketing strategies aimed at promoting revenue growth and enhancing guest service. This role involves maintaining and marketing the hotel's online presence, leveraging social media, and analyzing marketing trends to ensure effective outreach and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Propose and implement hotel-specific marketing strategies, including website maintenance and corporate brand marketing.
  • Leverage social media to enhance the hotel's visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor marketing trends, tools, and applications specific to the hotel industry and target markets.
  • Measure and report the impact of marketing strategies on revenue and guest engagement.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimize key marketing strategies, including third-party websites.
  • Generate and deliver monthly marketing analyses and updates to Sales and Revenue Management.

Requirements

  • Hotel marketing experience is required.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and tools specific to the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to analyze marketing trends and measure their impact.
