About the position

The Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Marketing Director and Partners in managing the firm's marketing and business development activities. This position involves digital marketing, content creation, event planning, and administrative tasks, all aimed at enhancing the firm's brand and client engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain monthly content calendar, including blog schedule.
  • Interview partners & staff for blog posts, transcribe interviews, and assist with writing drafts.
  • Coordinate content with partners, content writer, and graphic designer.
  • Manage the creation of promotional images for various marketing projects in collaboration with the graphic designer.
  • Formulate key messaging and create email campaigns for webinars, events, and client alerts.
  • Prepare and send the monthly LSL newsletter using email marketing software.
  • Maintain firm niche and general flyers, as well as partner, manager, and staff bios.
  • Post blogs on the firm's website, ensuring proper tagging and SEO optimization.
  • Design mockups for new web pages and collaborate with web developers on complex builds.
  • Download and manage website leads, including RFPs, and forward them to the Director of Marketing & Business Development.
  • Make minor edits to website content under the direction of the Director of Marketing & Business Development.
  • Develop a social media plan in collaboration with the Director of Marketing & Business Development.
  • Post relevant content on social media channels using Clearview Social.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute client and networking events and webinars.
  • Promote events through email campaigns and social media.
  • Attend and represent the firm at conferences and trade shows, managing booth setup and teardown.
  • Ship materials and promotional items for events and conferences.
  • Take photos at events for marketing use.
  • Enter new clients and referral sources into email marketing software and maintain inventory of marketing materials.
  • Assist with client data collection for surveys and compile monthly marketing KPIs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a professional services environment generating proposals required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams) required.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat) preferred.
  • Understanding of WordPress websites and SEO practices preferred.
  • Experience with social media campaigns, particularly LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), and Instagram preferred.
  • Proficient in Infusionsoft email marketing software preferred.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong research, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Flexible, results-driven with a sense of urgency and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and build relationships.
