Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct visitors at the front desk, ensuring they are guided to the correct destination within the office.
  • Monitor and schedule customer visits weekly to ensure smooth operations.

  • Provide general administrative assistance such as email correspondence, calendar management, and handling office-related tasks.
  • Support event coordination and execution, including possible weekend events.
  • Utilize Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint for email management, data entry, and creating presentation slides.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in administrative support or customer service.
  • Entry-level position, suitable for candidates with a high school diploma.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong hospitality skills and experience in receptionist duties.
