Skanska is seeking a Marketing Coordinator II to join their Integrated Solutions (SIS) team in Boston, MA. This role is pivotal in supporting the company's sales and marketing initiatives, focusing on producing proposals, qualifications, and presentation materials. The position emphasizes collaboration within the team and contributes to Skanska's mission of building for a better society, while also promoting a culture of diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Produce proposals, qualifications, award submittals, and presentation materials.
• Assist with minor business development efforts by implementing concepts and producing collateral materials.
• Manage the database and interview staff to draft resumes and project sheet descriptions.
• Meet with the Business Development and Marketing team to discuss strategic initiatives.
• Develop layouts for proposals in Adobe InDesign and input relevant information.
• Interview project team members to gather value-added information for proposals.
• Lead proposal kickoff meetings with the project team.
• Update resumes and project sheets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of marketing experience in the Architectural, Construction, Engineering (AEC) industry or similar capacity.
• Proven expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related discipline.
