About the position

Our Life Science and Industrial Team is looking for a Marketing Coordinator II to join our team in Peachtree Corners, GA. Our innovative and exciting projects serve clients in the Life Science and Industrial sectors, and there are many opportunities to expand and grow our industry reach. This full-time position requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of an integrated, collaborative marketing team. The Marketing Coordinator II supports the team's overall marketing and business development functions in a fast-paced, team environment frequently requiring responses to multiple deadlines. An ideal candidate would have excellent organizational, writing, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Incorporating and supporting the adherence to brand standards and guidelines
• Providing production to RFQs, RFPs, presentations, and other marketing material
• Conducting rehearsals for interview and capability presentations; developing and providing materials for the presentation meeting
• Keeping marketing materials, resumes, and project data up-to-date and organized
• Providing graphic design support for proposals, presentations, and collateral materials
• Supporting Pond's participation at key industry and client events, providing support for conferences and tradeshows
• Providing design and content for the website, social media, and other web-based tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience developing proposals or marketing experience
• Required experience and knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Required experience in developing and submitting SF330 qualification packages
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in writing and editing skills
• Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, and self-motivated to produce high-quality work
• Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally.
