About the position

The Marketing Coordinator II at HNTB Corporation is responsible for writing and organizing proposals and marketing materials for strategic pursuits. This role supports pursuit teams in developing win strategies and assists in the presentation phase of pursuits, ensuring clarity and compliance in all materials produced.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates, writes, and may lead qualification packages, proposals, and leave-behind material for pursuits.
  • Reviews and edits content for clarity, compliance, and key messages.
  • Provides support for the presentation phase of the pursuit.
  • Assists with organization and supports message development for the presentation phase of pursuit.
  • Organizes and may facilitate pursuit strategy meetings.
  • Prepares materials for internal and external meetings for client service teams.
  • Participates in client service team meetings.
  • Coordinates division public relations activities, including creating press releases and announcements, writing articles for the division newsletter, and coordinating project awards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, MS Teams, Adobe InDesign and Acrobat, and other communications-related software programs.
  • Familiar with CRM systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably within the engineering or professional services industry.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CMS, CRM, email marketing software, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
