About the position

The Marketing Coordinator - III (Senior) position at ManpowerGroup is a 12-month contract role based in Rahway, New Jersey, offering a hybrid work environment. The role primarily involves managing the operational aspects of the Promotional Material Review process for multiple brands, ensuring compliance with global policies while coordinating with various stakeholders including Marketing, Legal, Technical, and Regulatory teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in marketing operations, particularly within the pharmaceutical or healthcare advertising sectors, and will be responsible for maintaining content standards and facilitating effective communication among cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage all operational aspects of the Promotional Material Review process for multiple brands across business units.
• Coordinate review timelines with Marketing teams.
• Perform preliminary material assessments for readiness to submit to Promotional Material Review, including content quality assessment, completed metadata tagging, reference linking, and added document relationships.
• Assign the appropriate reviewer for Promotional Material Review across cross-functional stakeholders in line with global policies.
• Enforce content standards.
• Coordinate and follow up with stakeholders to ensure materials are moving forward in alignment with agreed upon timelines.
• Schedule, lead, and manage productive cross-functional Promotional Material Review meetings, including building and managing meeting agendas, facilitating meetings, and capturing comments and resolutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience preferred, supporting Ten Global Marketers.
• Minimum of 1-year marketing operations experience.
• Policy driven with excellent verbal skills.
• Operations driven, process driven, and task driven with the ability to prioritize workload.
• Team player.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Experience working in a pharmaceutical or healthcare advertising environment.
• Familiarity with promotional review systems such as Veeva or Zinc strongly preferred.
• General understanding of pharmaceutical advertising and promotion.
