About the position

Leone & Vaughn Orthodontics is seeking a passionate and energetic Marketing Coordinator to join their well-established practice in Seattle, WA. This part-time role involves developing and executing marketing strategies to drive new patient demand and engage existing patients while managing relationships with referral sources. The position requires travel to various practices in the area and offers a collaborative environment focused on employee development and well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Develop annual marketing plan and budget in collaboration with the Practice Manager and Marketing Manager.
  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of external marketing programs and campaigns to drive new patient demand.
  • Track and analyze dentist referrals and manage relationships with referral sources.
  • Host and plan events such as lunch & learns and dinners.
  • Attract new patients through traditional and digital media buying, including SEM and paid social media.
  • Manage engagement through owned social channels, including content production and analytics.
  • Coordinate community sponsorship programs and office contributions.
  • Monitor performance of marketing efforts and seek ongoing feedback for improvement.
  • Track website performance and optimize SEO; respond to reviews and manage patient satisfaction.
  • Manage expense and invoice processes with suppliers and finance department.
  • Report on market trends and competitor marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree or college diploma.
  • Two or more years of marketing/business/communications experience.
  • One or more years of professional experience using Facebook and Instagram for a business or organization.
  • Digital media buying experience including SEO, SEM, and paid social media.
  • Experience evaluating performance using Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana).
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite).
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
