Responsibilities

• Engaging with hotel guests at desk locations and providing elevated customer service.
• Scheduling sales presentations and managing customer expectations.
• Providing the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Ensuring that all guests who attend a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements.
• Using persuasive techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Marriott.
• Welcoming and greeting guests; anticipating and addressing their needs.
• Interacting with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contributing to team goals and following company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Sales or customer service experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Concierge and/or sales experience preferred.
