About the position

The Marketing Coordinator at PAE plays a crucial role in supporting the firm's marketing efforts and project pursuits. This position is responsible for tracking public leads, preparing project summaries, creating qualifications packages, and assisting in various marketing activities to help secure high-caliber projects and clients. The role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to produce effective marketing materials and support business development initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Track public leads using online subscription services and prepare Go/No Go summaries for project leads.
  • Develop and coordinate outreach plans for Project Managers to connect with potential clients.
  • Create and deliver best-in-class qualifications packages.
  • Write, edit, and update the firm's boilerplate materials, including project descriptions and brochures.
  • Provide support in content creation, design, and coordination for marketing interviews and presentations.
  • Assist in the development of various marketing materials such as brochures, award submissions, and email blasts.
  • Support the firm's business development activities.
  • Enter and update project data within the marketing database (Deltek Vantagepoint).
  • Coordinate marketing special events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years in a relevant position, ideally with an architectural, engineering, or general contractor firm.
  • Basic understanding of A/E/C industry terminology and procedures.
  • Solid analytical skills for developing audience-focused materials.
  • Expertise in creating qualifications packages from start to finish.
  • Strong skills in writing and graphic layout/design.
  • Proven ability to understand and translate technical information.
  • Talent for juggling multiple deadlines and working closely with others.
  • Knowledge of green buildings issues is highly beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe InDesign.
  • Experience with database and CRM systems, Deltek preferred.
