About the position

The Marketing Coordinator at Nan Xiang Xiao Long Bao will be responsible for executing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and engage customers. This role involves content creation, campaign management, and social media engagement to promote the restaurant's offerings, particularly its renowned soup dumplings. The ideal candidate will work closely with various teams to support marketing initiatives and improve the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement marketing strategies for monthly and seasonal events.
  • Ensure the Nan Xiang brand is represented appropriately on online platforms like Yelp and Google Business.
  • Develop strategies to promote local and national delivery services.
  • Collaborate with PR agencies to create and implement a communications plan.
  • Coordinate with social media agencies for content creation and promotional materials.
  • Manage the restaurant's website updates and online reviews.
  • Conduct market research and analyze market data to understand trends and consumer needs.
  • Participate in formulating and implementing the overall marketing strategy.
  • Maintain and enhance the company's brand image and ensure consistency.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts including SEO and social media advertising.
  • Organize and plan marketing promotion activities and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Collect and analyze data from marketing activities to optimize strategies.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (required)
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • 2 years of marketing experience (preferred)
  • 2 years of restaurant management experience (preferred)
  • 2 years of experience with SEO tools (preferred)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Project management skills
  • Photography, design, and video experience (a plus)
