About the position

The Marketing Coordinator for D.R. Horton, Inc. will oversee and assist in implementing marketing activities across all regions within the Financial Services National Production Department. This role involves managing marketing requests, coordinating with branches, and ensuring compliance with marketing standards and practices. The ideal candidate will contribute to enhancing the company's marketing efforts while supporting the sales team and maintaining professional customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Review all incoming marketing requests and work with branches to collect any missing information or approvals.
• Assign marketing requests to appropriate marketing team members based on requirements and volume.
• Purchase and distribute promotional items.
• Familiarize with mortgage-specific products, services, and compliance requirements.
• Conduct all business in a professional manner to serve customers and enhance company goodwill.
• Assist in reviewing and proofreading all advertising materials.
• Support sales staff with marketing plans and inquiries.
• Help marketing team members collect additional information from branches or other departments.
• Assist branches with questions regarding marketing procedures or training.
• Train branches on marketing best practices or new tools/platforms.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written or oral form.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and attention to detail.
